MVST - Everything You Need to Know!
We’ve organized important team information into clear, topic-based FAQs and guides to make it easy to find what you need.
Each section below focuses on a specific area — from practice groups and meet day expectations to volunteer requirements and stroke rules — so families can quickly access relevant information throughout the season.
We encourage all families to take a few minutes to read through these resources at the start of the season and refer back to them as needed. In most cases, common questions have already been thoughtfully addressed here.
Our goal is clarity, consistency, and transparency. If you don’t see the answer you’re looking for, we’re always happy to help.
