MVST Coaching Staff

At MVST, coaching matters. We believe coaching can make or break a swimmer’s experience — which is why our number one priority is developing our high school coaches to be strong leaders, communicators, and teachers.

Through intentional training and mentorship, we equip our coaches to support swimmers at every level. Our goal is simple: that every swimmer grows in skill, confidence, and character — and feels like a valued, essential member of the team.

MVST Board Members

The Morningview Manta Rays Swim Team (MVST) is led by a volunteer board of dedicated parents who believe in building something bigger than a swim team — we are building community.

Our vision is simple:

Our vision is to build more than a swim team. We are creating a competitive, organized, and joy-filled summer experience that fosters community, growth, and inclusion — where every swimmer feels supported, every family feels welcome, and every season gets stronger than the last.

We are committed to:

  • Developing swimmers at every level — from first-time Mini Mantas to seasoned competitors
  • Elevating coaching, training, and meet-day execution
  • Strengthening volunteer culture and family engagement
  • Investing in traditions, team spirit, and community partnerships
  • Leading with transparency, stewardship, and long-term sustainability

MVST is more than a season. It’s a place where kids grow in confidence, friendships are built, and families rally together around something special.
